Procedure:
- Completion of Wage Increase Justification Survey Form:
- Managers must complete the Wage Increase Justification Survey Form, providing detailed information and supporting documentation for the wage increase request.
- The form includes sections for employee information, reason for the request, detailed justification, proposed new wage, and approval signatures.
- Supporting Documentation:
- Managers must attach relevant documents to substantiate the request, such as performance reviews, letters of commendation, and market salary data.
- Submission and Review:
- The completed form and supporting documentation must be submitted to the HR department for initial review.
- The HR department will evaluate the request for completeness and compliance with the policy criteria.
- Approval Process:
