STANDARD OF CONDUCT
The MCON Group of Companies has adopted a Standard of Conduct for all employees to foster and maintain good working relationships, promote responsibility, and encourage self-development. By adhering to these principles, employees can avoid friction, misunderstandings, and disciplinary action.
- Demonstrate Awareness, Diligence, and Efficiency:
- Complete job duties, tasks, and responsibilities diligently and efficiently. Stay focused and attentive to your work to ensure high performance.
- Abstain from Negative Behaviors:
- Avoid willful refusal to perform work as directed (insubordination). Cooperate with supervisors and follow instructions promptly.
- Observance of Safety Regulations:
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Prioritize safety to protect yourself and others.
- Practice Good Housekeeping Habits:
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Good housekeeping contributes to safety and efficiency.
- Report On-the-Job Injuries or Unsafe Conditions:
- Immediately report any injuries or unsafe conditions to your supervisor. Prompt reporting helps prevent further incidents and ensures timely assistance.
- Avoid Unexcused or Excessive Absences or Tardiness:
- Ensure reliable attendance. Avoid unexcused or excessive absences or tardiness, including leaving your post without permission from your supervisor.
- Notify Supervisor of Absences:
- Inform your supervisor or manager within one hour after the scheduled start time on each day of absence. Timely notification helps manage workflow and coverage.
- Work in Harmony with Others:
- Exhibit willingness and ability to work harmoniously with others. Show courtesy, respect, and support toward fellow coworkers to maintain a positive work environment.
- Refrain from Disruptive Behavior:
- Avoid horseplay, fighting, threatening, intimidating, or coercing others on company premises or job sites. Such behaviors are disruptive and unacceptable.
- Use Respectful Language:
- Disrespectful, vulgar, or offensive language is prohibited in any circumstance. Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
- Prohibit Unauthorized Weapons:
- Do not bring unauthorized weapons, firearms, or explosives onto company premises. Respect others and avoid actions considered as harassment or discrimination against another individual.
- Be Prepared for Work:
- Wear job-appropriate clothing and bring necessary tools. Obtain prior permission to leave work early, whether before quitting time, lunch break, or at the end of the day.
- Maintain Sanitary Conditions:
- Keep the working environment sanitary and use the provided toilet facilities. A clean environment promotes health and productivity.
- Adhere to Reasonable Rules of Conduct:
- Follow all other commonly accepted reasonable rules of responsible personal conduct. Uphold the standards expected by the company to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
