FORM W-4

Once you have filled out your new hire paperwork, and have been entered into the system, Zamp HR (our payroll company) will send you an email with instructions on how to fill out your W-4.

Form W-4 is an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) tax form that is filled out by employees to indicate their tax situation to their employer. The W-4 form tells the employer the amount of tax to withhold from an employee’s paycheck based on their marital status, number of allowances and dependents, and other factors.

W-4 Instructions

FORM I-9

Once you have filled out your new hire paperwork, and have been entered into the system, Zamp HR (our payroll company) will send you an email with instructions.

Form I-9 is used to verify the identity and employment authorization of individuals hired for employment in the United States. All U.S. employers must properly complete Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. This includes citizens and noncitizens.

You will need to present your I-9 documents to Kimber, in person, for verification: https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents

This is our go-to way of communicating with each other.  You will be invited via text to join our group of companies with a link to download the app.  Please have notifications set to “on” so you can receive important information from colleagues and the administration team. This is also how company announcements will be sent out. You are required to check Pronto regularly either via your device or online to receive important and timely information.
