We care about and appreciate our employees. Our goal is to have each of our employees working in an environment that fosters positivity and accomplishment. In order to ensure the continued success of our team and the organization, it is essential that each team member operates at their best. This involves being fully engaged in your work and consistently striving for a high level of proficiency.

Because we are devoted to your growth both professionally and personally, we wanted to touch base on what the expectations of your role within the company entails:

  1. Report to the jobsite promptly at 7:30 AM and begin work on the project.
  2. Clock into the job only when you’ve started working.
  3. Accurately time your lunches to NO LONGER than the designated time in the system and make sure the timecard indicates this correctly. If you need more time than your automatic lunch schedule allows, please contact your supervisor.
  4. 48-hour advance notice when you cannot attend work due to anything other than an illness or family emergency. (i.e. - scheduled event, court, doctor’s appointment, etc.)
  5. Work 40 hours per week.
  6. Perform the essential functions of your role diligently and efficiently.
  7. Direct any questions to your supervisor or Human Resources immediately regarding expectations or anything you are unclear about.
