As we continuously strive to enhance our operational efficiency, we would like to remind you of our policy regarding Flex Time Off (FTO) requests.

Effective March 13, 2024, FTO requests will only be accepted with a minimum of two weeks’ notice, except in the case of sick days or family emergencies. This adjustment aims to ensure proper planning and adequate coverage for all team members.

Please also be aware that no FTO requests will be accepted after the Friday preceding our payroll deadline. Due to the critical nature of our payroll processes, we must ensure that all necessary tasks are completed accurately and promptly.

In addition, we kindly ask that you check your timecards to ensure that any time off has been correctly entered into the system.
