Team,

What an incredible and unpredictable year we have just experienced.  The uncertainty of the post pandemic life was stressful enough for us and our families and now we get to see what 2023 brings our way.  The best part about 2022 was watching our team step up and deliver in the face of adversity and opportunity.  Your commitment to deliver results both personally and as a combined group of companies gives me the confidence that we can weather whatever comes our way.  I am confident that we will not only weather the storms, but we will thrive.  That confidence comes from my belief in what we have built and the great people we have built it around.  The MCON group of companies, Southam, Uneeke, Ram Exteriors, and Fluid Dynamics, will create some exciting chapters in the lives of those who currently are part of the team and the lives that will be added as we grow.  We are not just living the motto of “Double Down on Your Strengths, Punt Your Weaknesses!”; we are writing the very definition!!
