Utah is an employment-at-will state. While our Company hopes to have a long and profitable relationship with each of its employees, employment with the Company is voluntary and is subject to termination by the employee or the Company at will, with or without cause, and with or without notice, at any time. While the Company may have a disciplinary system in place, this system does not have to be used—the Company may make the decision to terminate without first taking these disciplinary steps.
