Company Credit Cards / Petty Cash Policy:

COMPANY CREDIT CARDS | PETTY CASH POLICY Employees issued company credit cards are responsible for accurately tracking and reporting each charge incurred. All expenses must be promptly reported to Accounts Payable as soon as purchases are made. Any purchase made on a company credit card or with petty cash that is not accompanied by a receipt will be considered a personal purchase and will become the responsibility of the employee. Employees who make, or permit others to make, personal charges on company credit cards will have their card privileges revoked, and the charges will remain the responsibility of the employee. Employees who violate the company credit policy may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. This policy also applies to company fuel cards. All fuel charges must be reported to Accounts Payable to ensure proper allocation to the correct job or machinery. Vehicle Cleanliness and Seatbelt Policy Acknowledgment To ensure safety and compliance, the following policies apply to all employees operating or riding in company vehicles: Vehicle Cleanliness: The cab of the vehicle must remain free of debris, tools, and trash to provide a safe and clean space for all passengers.
