MCON works diligently to provide superior housing / hotels for our valued employees. In return, we require the employees to keep the property clean at all times. In addition, each employee shall act with heightened diligence and respect for the property secured by the company. Needed repairs to the property or furnishings, appliances, etc. that are caused by neglect and misuse by the employee during the term or any extension of it, will be charged to the employee. In addition, the company may terminate the employee at will for actions related to misuse and disrespect of the property.
Employees shall not disturb, harass, annoy, imperil, or otherwise interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of neighbors and other employees in the area/building. Nor shall the employee violate any law, ordinance, or health code, or commit or permit waste or nuisance in or about the premises.
NO ANIMALS – No dog, cat, bird, rodent, reptile or other pet or animal of any kind may be brought to the premises, even temporarily.
NO SMOKING on the premises!
GUESTS: Housing/Hotels are provided for employees only. Guests are not allowed for liability reasons.
NO ALCOHOL or ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind are permitted on the premises.
Employees must alert the Company immediately regarding any repairs or otherwise that need attention. In addition, the employee is also responsible for making sure said repair is completed by reminding the Company in writing via Pronto or email as necessary.
Only employees listed on this page under a corresponding address on the MCON Apartments webpage are authorized to stay at the property. No other persons or employees will be allowed on the property without written permission from the HR department.
Employees are responsible for keeping the premises clean, including rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and kitchen. This includes properly disposing of garbage, washing dishes, and leaving these spaces clean and orderly for the next user. Regular deep cleaning is required in order to stay on the property. Failure to treat the property respectfully can result in fines and/or termination.
Employee acknowledges that the premises have been inspected, including floor and window coverings, appliances, paint, fixtures and appurtenances, and employee has found them to be clean and in complete working order: employee promises to maintain the premises in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner, and to return the premises in a condition identical to that which existed when employee took occupancy, excepting normal wear and tear.
Employee shall immediately reimburse the company for any sums necessary to repair or replace any item, fixture, or appurtenance in or around the premises that needs service due to the misuse or negligence of the employee or other occupants. Employee shall be responsible for the cleaning or repairing any plumbing fixture where a stoppage occurs during employee’s occupancy.
Employee shall be responsible for repair or replacement of the garbage disposal where the cause is a result of bones, grease, pits, or any other item that normally causes blockage of the mechanism. Employee shall be responsible for any damage done by rain, wind, hail, or other peril, if such damage is caused by leaving windows open, allowing overflow of water and/or sewer pipes, for broken windows or doors, torn screens, or any other damage caused while employee has possession of the premises.
Employees will be responsible for maintaining any yard area, mowing, weeding, and maintaining the condition of the yard.
The premises are secured for employees only and are rented for residential use only.
Once an employee is no longer staying on the premises or employed with the Company, all personal belongings left behind will be discarded as such belongings are not the responsibility of the company or any of the employees.
The management of MCON and/or its agents may enter the premises at any time for the right of entry and inspection.
The complete Company Housing Agreement is available at any time for review. The Company reserves the right to change policies, procedures, terms, and conditions to this policy as necessary.
